  • Wat is de verzendtijd?
    In principe versturen wij bestellingen binnen 2 tot 7 werkdagen en worden deze één tot drie werkdagen hierna geleverd. Houd in tijden van extreme drukte zoals black friday en kerst rekening met iets langere levertijd. Wij doen ons best de bestelling zo spoedig mogelijk op te sturen. De meeste producten worden op maat en handgemaakt, daarom neemt de productie meer tijd in beslag. Wij proberen de bestelling binnen 2 tot 7 werkdagen te versturen. Alles wordt met liefde met de hand gemaakt en dat kost soms een beetje tijd. Bedankt voor je geduld.
  • Can I return my order?
    Not happy with your purchase or not satisfied with a product? Service is important to La Luz. With the exception of personalised jewellery, you can return your order within 10 days of placing the order. Would you like to return a product? Please send an e-mail to Clearly state in your email the following information: 1. Name 2. Address 3. Product you wish to return 4. Reason for return You can then return the items to the address below. PLEASE NOTE The shipping costs for the return are always at your own expense. La Luz reserves the right to refuse returned products if it is suspected that the item has been used or damaged by the buyer. Upon receipt of the return, we will refund the money within 7 days to the account number used to make the payment. In case of returned SALE items, the buyer will receive a voucher with a discount code via e-mail. Returns are at the buyer's risk. La Luz cannot be held responsible for damaged or lost returned items. When returning items, please make sure to always ask for a proof of posting (incl. track & trace) and keep it in a safe place.   • Can I cancel my order?
    No, unfortunately this is not possible. Once the order has been placed and/or the payment has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Which payment options are available?
    iDEAL With iDEAL you pay the outstanding amount for your order directly and securely. Bankcontact / Mister cash Especially for our Belgian customers. This allows you to pay the outstanding amount for your order directly and safely. La Luz e-Gift voucher If you have an e-Gift voucher from La Luz, you can use it to pay for your order.   • Has my payment been accepted?
    Something may go wrong with your payment. How do you know for sure whether it came through properly, after you ( for example) received an error message? Check your own bank app to see if the amount has been debited. Are you sure that your payment did not go through? Then your order has not been placed. This means that you will have to place your order again in our SHOP. Still in doubt? Please contact us at We can check for you if the payment has been successful.
  • What companies do you work with?
    We select our products with love and care. That means we buy from producers and suppliers who we believe value fair trade. We always try to meet our suppliers first and make trips to different countries to see for ourselves what kind of conditions they operate in. This allows us to say with certainty that people and nature are treated with respect. We cannot issue a seal of approval of Fair-Trade, but we do hope to contribute to this!
  • How do I use gemstones?
    Application of this information is your own responsibility. Gemstones and other alternative therapies are never a substitute for medical science. Therefore, always consult a doctor first.
  • Are the gemstones genuine?
    We select our gemstones carefully and strive to sell only gemstones that have been checked for accuracy/authenticity. Our popular gemstones have been scientifically examined by Hanco Zwaan, mineralogist at the Netherlands Gemstone Laboratory in Naturalis. During this research, it was revealed which rock the stones are made of and also how they were handled. This means that the item consists of pure rock and has had no processing, except for grinding and polishing. This is the purest form of gemstone. We sell the products without any warranty or claim of accuracy. We depend on the suppliers we have carefully selected and therefore cannot offer a 100 % guarantee. Gemstone shopping?
  • My gemstone looks slightly different from the picture?
    Gemstones are unique, natural products. Your product may vary slightly in colour and shape. Also, stones may discolour slightly over time due to sunlight. Be careful with (small) children, as small parts may break off. Shopping for gemstones?
