Processing time
Orders placed on working days before 14:00 are processed the same day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Not completely satisfied? We understand. You can return your item within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is unworn, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
Excluded from returns
For hygienic reasons, earrings and personalized jewelry cannot be returned.

Refund
